Still a long way in front of head coach Rod Marinelli to show that the Lions have improved. The last exhibition game against the Browns gave a moral boost to the Lions, after they won the game 23-20. Jon Kitna led the Lions with a TD pass, while completing 12-of-16 for 137 yards as the Lions won their second straight preseason matchup. Much hope for the Detroit fans, who are finally looking forward to the regular season.
