football season under way, the betting odds on the 2008 AFC
Championship are now listed online.
The
NFL Preseason is on and the sportsbooks are gearing up alongside
the fans for another exciting season of football. Are we going
to see the Indianapolis Colts again on top of the AFC - not
likely, says the online bookmaker
Bodog Sports (new window).
The bookie's favorite to win the 2008
AFC Championship are now the New England Patriots listed with
odds on winning the 08 AFC of 11/10 - making them pretty much
not worth the betting. The Colts are close with odds of 9/2,
though passed by the San Diego Chargers at 7/2. Despite the
great showcase at the Hall of Fame game, the Pittsburgh Steelers
fans could still book in a 14/1 line on the 2008 AFC.
