NPower Test: England against West Indies odds
The goal for England's cricket team in the
first NPower Test will be to take 10 wickets on the final day
and beat West Indies.
In
the last match Kevin Pietersen with 109 helped set a target of
401. Matthew Hoggard is struggling with a thigh injury, which
would leave only only three frontline bowlers. Monty Panesar and
Daren Powell are expected to show top form tomorrow. Cook made
an uncertain start last match, edging twice beyond the slips in
one over from Powell, but was able to cut, drive and pull when
the opportunity allowed.
At Lord's: England 553-5 (142.0 overs) & 284-8
(66.5 overs) vs. West Indies 437 (116.1 overs) & 7-0 (2.0 overs).
The betting odds by
Bet365 for tomorrow are 3.50
for England, 23.00 for West Indies and 1.33 for a draw.
For the other 1st Test, Bangladesh meets
India. Both cricket games will be shown live on Sky Sports (1
and 2 respectively).
Tomorrow is also the second ODI with Pakistan
v Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi.
