found dead after jet ski accident
The body of New England Patriots player
Marquise Hill was found today after he was reported missing
following a jet ski accident on Lake Pontchartrain in New
Orleans.
The
rescuers found the body of Marquise Hill was found near the
scene of the accident. Boats and helicopters were used by the
Coast Guard immediately following the jet ski accident, but the
Hill's body was not found until early today.
Albert Elias, Marquise Hill's agent, described
that Hill and a female companion were jet skiing on the lake
when they hit a strong current and went under water. The female
was able to swim to a pylon and hang on until she was rescued.
Meanwhile Marquise was seen drifting away in the water.
Marquise Hill was a second-draft pick by the
New England Patriots in 2004. He was also involved in many
charity events after Hurricane Katrina.
