2007 Canadian
Open betting odds, Jim Furyk favorite
The 2007 Canadian Open is two
days away, the betting odds have been published, Jim Furyk
favorite to win.
Jim Furyk will be looking for a back to back win at the
2007 Canadian Open, which will start on Thursday, July 26 at the
Angus Glen Golf Club, Markham, Ontario, Canada.
Because the Canadian starts soon after the British Open,
there will be only 5 out of the 50 top golfers present for the
golf championship, most of the big names opting out for a rest. A total of 156 will tee off for the $5
million purse, some of the well know names are Jim Furyk, who
enters the Canadian Open as the favorite, and Vijay Singh, who
won the Open in 2004 and will make his seventh appearance in a
row. The Fedex Cup points are 25,000 and the 2007 Canadian Open
will bring $810,000 to the winner.
