A breath of air was the 31-19 victory of the Jaguars over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. David Garrard completed 11-of-14 for 129 yards with a rushing TD, while Fred Taylor, LaBrandon Toefield and Alvin Pearman ran in for the other Jaguars scores.
