Shia LaBeouf booked for Walgreens trespassing
Shia LaBeouf has been arrested
for trespassing at a Walgreens in Chicago.
Shia
LaBeouf, starring in the recent hit movies "Transformers" and "Disturbia",
has been arrested in a Chicago Walgreens and charged with
trespassing in the early hours Sunday. Apparently LaBeouf
declined to leave the drug store after begin asked several times
to do so by the security guard. The guard called the cops and
signed a complaint against the actor, who was booked on a
misdemeanor count of trespassing and posted bail shortly after
the incident.
Allegedly Shia LaBeouf was drunk, which led to the request of
the security guard for the star to leave the Walgreens. Because
LaBeouf wasn't driving, no alcohol tests were required.
According to the local police, LaBeouf was "very courteous and
polite". The actor will face the misdemeanor charge at Cook
County court on November 28th.
