Week 11 point
spread: Michigan at Wisconsin, Wake Forest vs. Clemson
Betting preview, including
point spread, on the Week 11 college football games Michigan vs.
Wisconsin and Wake Forest vs. Clemson.
We
will start the Week 11 of college football with one of the most
exciting games this weekend, the matchup between the Michigan
Wolverines (8-2) and the Wisconsin Badgers (7-3).
After their initial hiccup at the beginning of the season, the
Wolverines have been running over their opponents to reach 8-2.
This week they will be a favorite once again, at
Bookmaker listed with odds -140
for their visit to Wisconsin and the Badgers are underdog with
betting odds +120. The point spread on the Michigan vs.
Wisconsin game is currently sitting at -2.5 points chalk the
Wolverines with total at 46.5 points.
Betting trends indicate that Michigan is
4-1 against the spread in its last 5 games and Wisconsin is 2-5
ATS in its last 7 games. The total has gone UNDER in 6 of
Michigan's last 9 games. Both teams are strong and it would
probably come down to who will be able to recover in time for
the Week 11 game on Saturday. Michigan quarterback Chad Henne
remains day-to-day and so does running back Mike Hart - two main
figures of the Wolverines , directly involved in every win of
the team this season. If these two players are not ready for the
game, Michigan stands no chance of covering the spread or
winning. Another Michigan RB, Avery Horn, is still questionable
against Wisconsin and RB Kevin Grady is out indefinitely with
knee injury.
Wisconsin also has issues - questionable
for the game against Michigan are RB P.J. Hill, LB Jaevery
McFadden and DT Jason Chapman is doubtful. Badgers CB Allen
Langford, DL Jamal Cooper and WR are all out with injuries.
Again, keep your eye on the Henne-Hart duo, their participation
will decide the outcome of the game.
Let's look at another tough college
football game in Week 11, as Wake Forest (6-3) will play
Clemson (7-2) at the same time. Wake Forest lost 16-17 to
Virginia in their last game and will visit Clemson as underdog
with odds +315 at
Bookmaker. The Tigers are
favorite at home with betting odds -375. The point spread on
the Wake Forest vs. Clemson game is favoring the Tigers -9
points and the total is at 51 points. Wake Forest is 5-1 against
the spread in its last 6 games and Clemson is 4-2 ATS in its
last 6 games. The total has gone OVER in 4 of Clemson's last 5
games when playing Wake Forest.
Wake Forest are looking great this week,
only wide receiver Marshall Williams is questionable for the
Week 11 game. Clemson may face some serious problems this week -
wide receiver Taylor Grisham is still listed as probable, but DT
Rashard Jackson is questionable for the college football game on
Saturday. At Clemson out indefinitely and for the season are QB
Willy Korn, RB Ray Ray McElrathbey, DB Chris Wade, WR Jacoby
Ford and a few more. Overall, Clemson will ride the home
advantage to victory but will not cover the spread of -9 points.
