husband goes to court, bookies could be wrong
Blake Fielder-Civil, husband
of singer Amy Winehouse, was charged with conspiracy to pervert
the course of justice.
The legal troubles of Blake Fielder-Civil, husband of
popular singer Amy Winehouse, continue to pile up and the
bookies could have gotten it wrong this time. Blake was remanded
in custody yesterday and charged with conspiracy to pervert the
course of justice, stemming from a case, which was scheduled to
start on Monday. In that case a London barman by the name of
James King is accusing Blake Fielder-Civil and three other man
of assault. Allegedly Blake and another man offered
£200,000 to the barman and in exchange he would opt out
testifying in court. Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested on
Thursday and will be held in custody until November 23rd. Amy
Winehouse was present in court yesterday to support her husband,
weeping and blowing him kisses.
