Football point
spread: Cardinals vs. Bengals, Tampa at Atlanta
Point spread and betting odds
on the upcoming football games from Week 11 Arizona Cardinals
vs. Cincinnati Bengals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Atlanta
Falcons.
We
continue our Week 11 football point spread and odds preview with
two tough games, which could bring a substantial payout for the
wise bettor. The first NFL game is the matchup between the
Arizona Cardinals (4-5) and the Cincinnati Bengals
(3-6). The Cardinals kept their NFC West battle alive by beating
the Detroit Lions last week 21-31 at home and continue to breath
down the neck of Seattle. But at the online bookmaker
Bodog Sports the point
spread on the Arizona Cardinals vs. Cincinnati Bengals is
favoring the Bengals -3.5 points. Cincinnati is -170 odds
favorite to win the game, compared to Arizona with odds +150.
Cincinnati is 2-5-1 against the spread in its last 8 games and
Arizona is 6-2-1 ATS in its last 9 games on the road.
The Bengals are currently at the bottom
of AFC North, but this will hardy discourage Cincinnati from
winning the game this Sunday. Injuries, however, could turn the
table. Bengals safeties Herana-Daze Jones and Madieu Williams
had a limited Thursday practice, and so did CB Deltha O'Neal and
DT John Thornton. Wide receiver Chad Johnson missed practice
yesterday. At Arizona only safeties Aaron Francisco and Adrian
Wilson missed Thursday's practice, while quarterback Kurt Warner
did a full one and is expected to travel with the team to
Cincinnati.
But a few hours prior, the NFC South
leaders the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-4) will travel the
short distance to meet with the division's last Atlanta
Falcons (3-6). The game is a must win for the Bucs, in order
to extend their lead, as the Panthers and Saints have tough
away-games this week and are not expected to win. The point
spread on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Atlanta Falcons game
is sitting at -3.5 points chalk Tampa Bay at the online betting
firm
Bodog Sports. Betting trends
show that Tampa Bay is 3-7 against the spread in its last 10
games on the road, but Atlanta is 5-1 against the spread in its
last 6 games.
Tampa Bay is coming out of a win against
Arizona and so are the Falcons, who took the Panthers 20-13 in
North Carolina. For the Falcons TE Alge Crumpler, QB Byron
Leftwich, DT Trey Lewis and running back Jerious Norwood all did
a limited Thursday practice. But the Buccaneers aren't in better
shape, limited practice yesterday did running backs Earnest
Graham and Michael Pittman, TE Alex Smith and wide receiver
Michael Clayton. Tampa Bay's WR Ike Hilliard and LB Quincy Black
did a full Thursday practice.
