Amy Davis: Voted
off American Idol, but not Maxim
Eliminated "American Idol"
contestant Amy Davis turns out to be a Maxim Hometown Hottie.
It's
clear that this season of "American Idol" could easily turn out
to have the worst ratings of all, but a much needed controversy
is already brewing. Amy Davis, one of the four Idols first voted
off the show (Amy Davis, Joanne Borgella, Colton Berry and
Garrett Haley), was apparently featured on Maxim's 2007 Hometown
Hotties. Amy Davis was the 2007 Cedar Lake, IN, Hottie and old
pictures of her are now back on the home page of Maxim, go check
them out.
Meanwhile, the betting on the American
Idol continues, although in a very slow pace, compared to last
year's. The online bookmaker
BodogLife is offering only a
handful of odd on the show, for example, which State will the
winner of American Idol 7 be from, with California leading with
odds 11/4. A male winner of this season of the American Idol is
still the favorite outcome, with odds at -180 and a female
American Idol winner will pay out on +140. Visit the odds maker
for the full list of the 2008 American Idol betting odds.
