His side of the story - he and his wife Nancy tried to have a child for over 10 years, but Nancy was unable to conceive, having suffered severe endometriosis and undergone a hysterectomy. Stopping the hormone injections and using frozen sperm from a donor, the Oregon man was able to become pregnant twice, the first time the pregnancy was entopic and required surgery, but the second time it was a success and the Oregon man and his wife are expecting their daughter in July.
