2008 NFL Schedule: Two international games included The NFL has released the schedule for the upcoming season, which now includes two international games, one in Toronto and one in London. According to the 2008 NFL schedule, the New Orleans Saints will symbolically host the San Diego Chargers Oct. 26 at Wembley Stadium in London, England next season, while in the second football game abroad Buffalo Bills will play the Miami Dolphins on Dec. 7 in Toronto, Canada. This will be the second time NFL and the Dolphins will play football outside of the United States in two years, after Miami met the Giants in London last season. The just-posted 2008 NFL schedule shows that the season opener will be on Thursday, September 4th, with the match-up between the Washington Redskins at the New York Giants. The rest of the football games in Week 1 will start on Sunday, Sept. 7th. The new NFL schedule also shows the broadcasting rights for the individual football games, you can see the full 2008 NFL schedule by clicking here (new window).

Not to fall behind the NFL schedule, the online bookmaker BodogSports has already posted the odds on the football teams. At the bookie the New England Patriots are again the favorite to win the next Super Bowl with odds 10/3, followed by the Indianapolis Colts with odds 15/2 and the Dallas Cowboys at 10/1. No respect for the current Super Bowl winner, the New York Giants are at 16/1 to repeat their success in 2009. Meanwhile the Atlanta Falcons were downgraded to the ultimate underdog with odds 150/1.
