Keep in mind the start time of the draft has been moved from noon to 3:00 pm EST, and the third round has been pushed to the second day, which will now begin an hour earlier, at 10:00 am EST. Furthermore, the time limits for each day one selection have been reduced, from 15 minutes to ten for the first round and from ten minutes to seven in the second.
