Jets vs. Patriots
point spread at -3
Not much has changed in the point spread of the NY Jets
vs. New England Patriots football game tonight since the last
time we took a look. At the online sportsbook
Bookmaker the Jets vs. Patriots
point spread remains at -3 points chalk the Pats with the total
at 41.5 points and the NY Jets are still underdog on the money
line with odds +140, while the odds on the Pats to win the game
are at -160. And even though the point spread on the Jets-Pats
game has not been changed by the sportsbooks, the payout on the
Jets to cover the spread is now at EVEN and the payout on the
Patriots to cover the spread is at -120. No surprise,
considering that the Jets vs. Patriots game has been the most
bet on even at
Bookmaker and according to the
sportsbook, the majority of the bettors are wagering on the
Patriots to cover the spread and to win the game straight up.
The injuries in the football teams are
also out: The Jets will play today's football game without tight
end Bubba Franks, linebacker David Harris and safety Eric Smith,
while wide receivers Laveranues Coles, Jerricho Cotchery and
Brad Smith, along with linebacker Cody Spencer have been
upgraded to probable for the game against New England. The
Patriots, on the other side, will face the Jets without
linebacker Adalius Thomas and cornerback Terrence Wheatley, with
running back LaMont Jordanand cornerback Lewis Sanders listed as
doubtful. Pats' running back Sammy Morris and defensive end Ty
Warren remain questionable for tonight's game against the Jets.
