American Idol - LaKisha Jones voted off
The final three contenders of
American Idol are known, yesterday LaKisha was eliminated,
proving her betting odds right.
America
voted off LaKisha Jones, the 27 years old Michigan resident,
after all three judges agreed on Tuesday that her performance of
Barry Gibb "Stayin' Alive" did not deserve another kiss from
Simon - When Seacrest asked why she looked nervous last night,
as well, she had an easy explanation: "I was thinking and
overanalyzing everything, and hoping Simon would kiss me again."
The betting odds for all three have not changed, and Jordin
still remains the favorite to win.
More than 45 million votes
were cast to narrow the TV singing contest's field to just three
remaining hopefuls - Melinda Doolittle, Blake Lewis and Jordin
Sparks are now competing for this year's American Idol.
Next week the American Idol
contestants will have to sing one song that they choose
themselves, one chosen by the judges, and one chosen by Arista
founder Clive Davis.
