American Idol: It's a Jordin and Blake thing
The two-hour American Idol final is tomorrow,
although Blake Lewis and Jordin Sparks are still head to head
for the win.
We
have been flip-flopping since Melinda Doolittle was voted off -
first we said that Blake will win the American Idol, then we
claimed that Jordin will win. You have to admit, it's a tough
call, as there has been no indication if America will vote for
singing or entertainment. Take Sanjaya for example. He had no
talent, but he was kinda fun, yet he was voted off neither too
early, nor too late, but right on time to keep us guessing which
way the audience will swing.
Blake plans an entire performance before
coming out on the stage (no punt intended) - from musical
arrangement to choreography. He takes chances, and is creative
and different. Jet, he has not proven to be the best American
Idol singer. Jordin on the other side is singing like a bird,
especially considering her young age, and is cute as hell.
If we may, we would go as far as comparing the
American Idol final between Jordin and Blake with a performance
between Patty Labelle and James Brown.
Odds on Jordin Sparks to win the American Idol
-450.
Betting odds on Blake Lewis + 275.
