The winner of UFC
71 will fight Dan Henderson
Another breaking news from the UFC - the
winner in tonight's fight between Liddell and Jackson will fight
Dan Henderson.
Dan
Henderson is the current welterweight and middleweight champion
of the PRIDE Fighting Championship. He is associated with Team
Quest. He has a professional MMA record of 22-5-0 as of February
2007. His most recent fight was at PRIDE 33 in Las Vegas on
February 24, 2007, where Henderson scored an upset by defeating
Wanderlei Silva via KO to become the new Middleweight Champion.
Some think that if Liddell wins the fight
tonight, Dan Henderson will be an underdog in the future fight
between them, and if Jackson wins the UFC 71, Henderson will be
the favorite in a fight between the two.
