Amy Winehouse in
hospital after drug overdose
The UK diva Amy
Winehouse was reportedly admitted to hospital after a drug
overdose.
According
to reports, the initial reason for going to hospital due to
"exhaustion" is not quite true. Many British tabloids now report
that Amy Winehouse was treated for drug overdose. Apparently she
got an adrenaline shot and her stomach pumped, after collapsing
from a suspected drug overdose.
The "Rehab" singer would have to cancel
yet another another concert. She was scheduled to perform at the
Oya music festival in Oslo, Norway, but it would not happen. The
British pop diva has become quite the specialist in
concert-cancelling. Just in the past month Amy Winehouse skipped
scheduled performances at T in the Park and Liverpool's Summer
Pops.
She is quite known for her drinking, to
the point of being listed with odds of 6/1 as the next celebrity
to be arrested for DUI, according to the online betting website
Bodog Sports.
