Britney Spears
and K-Fed divorce drama
Cousin of Britney Spears
served with papers by K-Fed in the latest part in the divorce
twist.
Alli
Sims, cousin and assistant of Britney Spears, was served papers
by am "Israeli-style" security firm in the early hours of the
day. The company IMS-security was hired by Kevin Federline to
serve the subpoena papers to Alli Sims in the wee hours of the
day at a Los Angeles house party. Britney Spears was also at the
party, but the pop star claims she did not see when Alli Sims
"got served". The assistant will be required to testify about
Britney Spears' parenting skills.
This is the latest move by Kevin
Federline (K-Fed) in the ongoing battle for the custody of their
two kids. The couple currently share the kids in a 50/50 custody
schedule, but K-Fed is looking to increase the time he gets to
spend with their two sons Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden
James, 10 months.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline
divorced officially on June 30th, and Spears is required to pay
K-Fed $15,000/month in child support.
