New Orleans Saints' defense kept the Miami Dolphins at bay on
Thursday night as they held on for a 7-0 win at the Superdome.

dash in the first quarter, and the Saints managed 326 total
yards.
The Indianapolis Colts scored 30 points
in the second half of their third preseason game, romping to a
37-10 win over the Detroit Lions at the RCA Dome. Peyton Manning
was 23-for-27 for 233 yards and three touchdowns, while Reggie
Wayne caught six passes for 70 yards and a score for the Colts.
The Cincinnati Bengals scored 14 points in the third quarter of
their final preseason game, defeating the Indianapolis Colts
14-6 at Paul Brown Stadium. Josh Betts was 12-for-21 for 154
yards, one touchdown and one interception. John Standeford
caught eight passes for 61 yards for the Colts.
