Buffalo Bills
odds to win and betting lines
After a final record of
7-9, the betting odds and lines don't give much chance for the
Buffalo Bills this football season.
The
beginning of the 2006 season was a disaster for the Buffalo
Bills, falling down to a 2-5 record. But a quick recovery
uplifted the fans, and the braver among them started whispering
about playoffs. However, back-to-back losses to the Titans and
the Ravens put an end to the dreams and the Buffalo Bills
finished the season with a 7-9 record.
The Buffalo Bills are entering the 2007
NFL season much more prepared, which was proven in the opener
against the New Orleans Saints at the Superdome. A 54-yard field
goal by Rian Lindell with 3:23 left in regulation gave the
Buffalo Bills a 13-10 win over the Saints. Trent Edwards was
10-for-11 with 49 yards, and Fred Jackson ran eight times for 49
yards and a major for the Bills.
Recently the Buffalo Bills released
Johnny Quinn, Larry Edwards, Duane Coleman, Zac Tubbs and Aaron
Brown. Darwin Walker was treaded to Chicago. Paul Posluszny
signed a four year contract and Brian Moorman extended his. The
Bills also signed Dwayne Wright and Nevin McCaskill. Former
Stanford quarterback Trent Edwards was selected in the draft and
will battle for the backup spot with Craig Nall.
When we take a look at the betting lines
