semi-final results are announced we have another round of
qualifications coming, then the final, what better time to check
how the odds are stacking against each contestant? With the
first Eurovision 2009 semi-final the list of 42 countries
participating was shrunk down and now the first 15 countries
qualified to the Eurovision 2009 final are know, tomorrow we'll
know the remaining 10 countries who will compete in the final.
And just as any big event, the online bookmakers are already
posting odds on Eurovision 2009, both on the winner of the song
contest, as well as who will qualify on the second semi-final
tomorrow.
For the latest Eurovision 2009 odds
we go to the popular online bookmaker
UniBet (official website) where
punters from all over Europe can place bets on the song contest,
as well as any sporting event in the world. Let's start with the
Eurovision 2009 odds to win from the semi-final 2 participants.
According to the European bookmaker, Norway currently
holds the best odds from the semi-final 2 group to win
Eurovision 2009 with odds 1.60, plus, Norway is also the
favourite country to win Eurovision outright with odds 2.25.
Another semi-final 2 participant, Greece, holds second
best odds to win the Eurovision 2009 song contest with odds
7.00. Here are the top 10 countries by odds to win Eurovision
2009, as posted by

ahead of the rest of the competition, despite the fact that it's

Greece, obviously the bookmakers are quite confident that those
two countries are good to go, even before the second semi-final.
Out of the 15 countries already qualified for the final of this
