Playoffs: Baltimore Ravens vs. Indianapolis Colts point spread and odds

Playoffs: Baltimore Ravens vs. Indianapolis Colts point spread and odds We continue our NFL Playoffs preview of the games, point spread and betting odds with the second Saturday match-up, the Baltimore Ravens vs. Indianapolis Colts. The Indianapolis Colts (14-2) had little trouble securing home turf and playoff berth by outperforming everyone in their AFC division, even though they dropped the ball on the final two games, allowing Buffalo to close their season with a 7-30 victory against the Colts' No.2 team. The road to the NFL playoffs was a bit harder for the Baltimore Ravens (9-7), who got the chance to compete in the divisional playoffs by unexpectedly beating the New England Patriots 33-14, a decisive victory and a good reason for the odds makers to be a bit conservative in their predictions for this NFL playoff game. That, and the fresh memories of the November game between the two, where the Ravens lost by just 2 points for a final 17-15.

Starting with the online sportsbook Bookmaker, we find the Colts naturally the favorite to win, but the odds -245 are significantly shorter than the other Saturday playoff game between the Cardinals and the Saints, a sign of respect for the Ravens, who are sitting on underdog odds +205 to deliver yet another NFL upset, this time in the division playoffs. The Baltimore Ravens vs. Indianapolis Colts point spread is at -6 points chalk the Colts and the total listed by the bookmaker is set at just 44 points even. At the sports betting website Bodog the point spread on the Ravens - Colts game is at -7 points in favor of Indianapolis, who are -250 favorite on the money line compared to the Baltimore holding +210 odds to win. Keep in mind that although  Indianapolis is 2-4 against the spread in its last 6 games at home, Baltimore is 0-5 against the spread in its last 5 games when playing the Indianapolis Colts. Also worth noting is that the total has gone UNDER in 7 of Indianapolis's last 8 games when playing at home against the Baltimore Ravens.

And finally - injuries do appear to play insignificant role in the Ravens - Colts playoff game on Saturday. At both teams the previously questionable players did a full practice on Thursday and both coaches will have their pick of the litter on Saturday, which is bound to deliver a great football playoff game. And don't forget that live betting on the NFL playoffs will be available at the sports betting websites mentioned above in the point spread and odds preview.
