The

starting quarterback Chad Henne (injury) was replaced by Ryan
Mallett, who had a great game and proved worthy of a starting

for 0-3, followed by a 2-yard rush touchdown by Mike Hart with a
good extra point for 0-10 in the 1st quarter of the Notre Dame -
Michigan college football game. In the second quarter Mike Hart,
Greg Mathews and Adrian Arrington scored for a touchdown each
and Notre Dame went to the locker rooms trailing behind 0-31 in
the first half.

touchdown by Mario Manningham with less than 5 minutes left
until the end of the 3rd QT made it almost impossible for Notre

able to pass the Michigan 40-yard line only once - at the end of
the game at Michigan's 25. Final score Notre Dame vs.
