Pacman Jones sued
by paralyzed Vegas club manager
The former Tennessee Titans
Adam "Pacman" Jones is being sued by Tommy Urbanski, Vegas strip
club manager.
The
Las Vegas strip club manager Tommy Urbanski, who was paralyzed
in the triple shooting Pacman Jones took part in February, is
suing the suspended player, NFL and the Tennessee Titans,
claiming all three parties are responsible for the incident. In
the civil lawsuit filed in Las Vegas's Clark County, Tommy
Urbanski is seeking unspecified damages from Pacman Jones, NFL,
the Tennessee Titans, as well as the owners of Harlem Knights,
which is the Houston, Texas strip club that rented the club
during the shooting. A lawyer speaking on behalf of Tommy
Urbanski claims that neither NFL nor the Titans punished Jones
"until after Tommy [Urbanski] was paralyzed is a proximate
cause of Tommy's injuries." Adam Jones' lawyer waved off the
lawsuit as "a 'Hail Mary' pass."
Adam "Pacman" Jones is facing felony
charges for a fight inside the club before the shooting took
place, but no one has been charged in the actual shooting. For
