arrested in New York for assault
Nathaniel Marston plays a
doctor on "One Live to Live", but keeps the real ones busy.
Nathaniel
Marston, or Dr. Michael McBain on "One Life to Live", has been
arrested in New York, after assaulting three people on Sunday
morning. According to the latest reports, Nathaniel Marston got
into an altercation with three men over a taxi cab and allegedly
attacked them with a crate, punched two of them and broke the
leg of the third man. When the cops tried to arrest Marston, he
once again put up a fight and one of the officers suffered minor
injuries.
After getting booked, Nathaniel Marston
was charged with four counts of second-degree assault, menacing,
reckless endangerment and resisting arrest, later released
without a bail. His court date is set for February 4th 2008.
Other than playing Dr. Michael McBain on "One Life to Live"
Nathaniel Marston is also known as Eddie Silva from "As the
World Turns." Marston was arrested in 1999 for "punching an ATM
machine" and his latest escapade will likely cost him his job -
look for exciting new developments on "One Life to Live" in the
near future. ABC said that they are aware of the incident and
it's under review.
