Week 10 NFL point spread: Eagles vs. Redskins, Jaguars vs. Titans

The betting odds and point spread on the Week 10 football games Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Redskins and Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans.

Week 10 NFL point spread: Eagles vs. Redskins, Jaguars vs. Titians The Week 10 football game between the Philadelphia Eagles (3-5) and the Washington Redskins (5-3) will be one of the most interesting games this Sunday. At Bookmaker the Redskins are listed as the favorite to win the game with odds -145 and the Eagles are underdog with money line +125. At Bodog Sports the point spread for the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Redskins is currently sitting at -3 points chalk the Redskins and the total is at 38 points. Philadelphia is 5-2 against the spread in its last 7 games on the road and Washington is 1-4-1 against the spread in its last 6 games.

It's no secret that the Eagles are going nowhere this season and it's only natural that they are underdog once again. And if they want to repeat the last season winning streak, they must beat the Redskins on Sunday. Both teams match up well by stats and the Eagles hold an advantage offensively with 349.6 yards per game, compared to the Redskins with 310.3 yards. But the rest of the stats are close enough to make no difference. Philadelphia has a chance to pull itself out of the 3-5 negative record with games against the Dolphins and Seahawks in the upcoming weeks, but Washington has already beaten the Eagles in game 2 of the regular season 12-20 in Philly and there are no visible improvements in the Philadelphia team, which would account for anything on Sunday. All four previously injured wide receivers in the Eagles camp have done full Thursday practice and are expected to join the team in Washington. Redskins WRs Antwaan Randle El and Santana Moss missed Thursday practice and could explain the low point spread expected.

The AFC South battle between the Jacksonville Jaguars (5-3) and the Tennessee Titans (6-2) will be even more exciting. If the Jaguars win they will tie with the Titans for the second position in the AFC South, Tennessee meanwhile is seriously breathing in the neck of the Colts and a home win is a must in this close race. At Bookmaker the Titans are favorite, odds on Tennessee are -205 and the Jags are dog with +175 money line. The point spread on the Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans game at Bodog Sports is posted at -4 points chalk the Titans and the total is at 35 points. Jacksonville is 4-2 ATS in its last 6 games Tennessee is 12-4 against the spread in its last 16 games.

Titans RBs LenDale White and Chris Brown had a limited practice yesterday, but even if the two miss the game it should not affect the score much. The strength of the Titans is in the defense - ranked 2nd in the NFL with 270.8 yards and 15.5 points allowed on average per game. The Jaguars have better offense, but QB David Garrard is still doing limited practices, but there is a chance he will join the team for the Week 10 game, if not, Quinn Gray will take over and he is yet to show any consistency in his play. Jags linebacker Justin Durant and offensive tackle Richard Collier are also out disciplinary, after getting arrested before the game with the Saints, which Jacksonville lost 24-41. Overall the Titans should have no problem covering the -4 point spread on Sunday.
