Mary-Kate Olsen
hospitalized in New York
Actress Mary-Kate Olsen has
been hospitalized with kidney infection in New York.
The
21-year-old star twin, Mary-Kate Olsen, has been hospitalized
with kidney infection on Monday. Mary-Kate was taken to an
emergency room in New York, according to spokesman for the
actress, quoted by People magazine. "Mary Kate got a kidney
infection. She's resting comfortably and will be released in the
next day or so," was the brief statement by the spokesman for
Mary Kate Olsen.
This is not the first time Mary-Kate
Olsen is facing serious health issues. Back in 2004 Mary-Kate
checked into Utah's Cirque Lodge (Lindsay Lohan's rehab of
choice, as well) to be treated for a "health-related issue",
which later turned out to be anorexia, an eating disorder she
has been battling for years. Mary-Kate's twin sister Ashley was
recently rumored to be dating the much-older Lance Armstrong,
but the cyclist has denied any relationship with any of the
Olsen twins.
