BCS Standings:
Ohio State and LSU will play in the BCS game
After keeping most of the
nation on edge, the BCS Standings were finally released and just
as we predicted Ohio State is playing LSU in the BCS
Championship.
Boy,
it seems it took forever for the BCS Standings to come
out, but we finally got the ranks. Just as we predicted earlier
(see links below), the BCS title will be decided between Ohio
State, getting the No.1 spot without playing and the LSU, who
climbed to the No.2 spot in the BCS Standing after beating
Tennessee for the SEC title. The BCS game - Ohio State vs.
LSU. Ohio State is going to New Orleans with 11-1 record and
LSU (11-2), ranked second in the latest AP Top 25 poll, will be
the first team to play in the BCS title game with two losses.
Ohio State got .9256% from the Harris poll, .9793% from the
coaches and .9100% from the computers. LSU got .7772% from the
Harris poll, .9453% from the coaches and .9500% from the
computers

Virginia Tech was ranked as the No.1
according to the BCS computers with .9600% , but failed to get
enough "human votes" and ended up as No.3 in the final BCS
Standings after getting .8280% from the coaches and .7593% from
the Harris poll. Fourth came the Oklahoma Sooners and the
Georgia Bulldogs were No.5 in the Sunday's BCS Standings. Here
