Portsmouth are 2/7 to finish higher than Newcastle this season with Hills who offer 5/2 vice versa. Everton are 2/1 favourites in Hil's Without the Big 4 market in which they also offer 5/2 Man City; 3 Villa; 8 Blackburn;Portsmouth; 16 Spurs; West Ham.
