Now, if you read the Brazil's version of the "Guinness Book of World Records" you would know that Sheyla Hershey holds the record on that edition as the woman with the largest breast implants. Hershey has undergone eight breast-enlargement surgeries, currently measuring at the whopping FFF size bra, but that's not enough. According to reports, she is looking to go even further down the alphabet, although the state of Texas limits the amount of silicone that can be put into each breast to 1,000 cubic centimeters of silicone. Doctors say there are medical risks with such large implants, such as scar tissue forming around the implants, and she could develop shoulder and back pain (if not already). "I want to look better each day, every day. Everybody's got a dream inside, you know? And, it's good when you can make your dream come true," Sheyla Hershey was quoted. Outsourcing the job to a country with "leaner" restriction could be her only option.

The title for the woman with the biggest breasts in the world is still being held by Lolo Ferrari, although this title is constantly under question due to the many ways of breast enlargement. According to the Guinness Book of Records, each of her breasts weighed 2.8 kilograms (6.2 lb) and contained three liters of serum.
