Dancing with the Stars: Marissa most likely to be eliminated

Dancing with the Stars: Marissa most likely to be eliminated With just four couple left in the chase for the "Dancing with the Stars" victory, the excitement in the fans of the show is definitely building up and odds are getting shorter. Last night was the dance competition round of the show, with each couple performing two routines chosen at random - pulling a small bal lout of a hat and cracking it open to reveal your dance did the trick. So let's look at the judges scores and the odds on who will win the Dancing with the Stars (getting voted off tonight, respectively). Kristi Yamaguchi with partner Mark Ballas are still atop of the scoreboard, although they were the last couple to dance last night. The two numbers Kristi and Mark did were a tango and a jive, scoring 29 and 28 respectively for the total score of 57 out of 60 points. No surprise as Kristi Yamaguchi is listed as the favorite celebrity to win "Dancing with the Stars" at the online bookmaker BodogSports with odds 4/13 (which means punters will have to wager $13 just to win $4 in return). Second best by judges score last night came Cristian de la Fuente and Cheryl Burke with a combined score of 56, 27 points for their Viennese waltz and 29 for their samba. But the odds makers are skeptical and have Cristian de la Fuente as the third most likely celebrity to win Dancing with the Stars with the long odds of 10/1.

Jason Taylor with pro partner Edyta Sliwinska are looking much better on the betting sheets with odds to win at 9/4, although they came third last night in combined judges score. Jason and Edyta score the total of 55 - 28 points for their foxtrot and 27 for the paso doble. Other than the favorite Dancing with the Stars couple, the judges and the odds makers are unanimous on the current underdog of the show - Marissa Jaret Winokur and Tony Dovolani. During last night's Dancing with the Stars Marissa and Tony went for the lowest score of the night - 52 points out of 60, 26 points for each of their dance routines - quickstep and rumba. The odds on Marissa to win Dancing with the Stars are sitting at the enormous 75/1 payout, making the couple the most likely elimination tonight.
