Country

of Wednesday for domestic assault in Nashville, after police
said he and his girlfriend got into a drunken fight. According
to the police, Chris Cagle and his girlfriend Jennifer Tant,
were arrested Wednesday morning and jailed on misdemeanor
domestic assault charges. Both Cagle and Tant were intoxicated
early this morning, after spending some time at the Players Inn,
a bar located west of Nashville in the Bellevue community, and a
verbal argument soon turned physical when they arrived at Chris
Cagle's home. According to a police affidavit, Cagle had a bump
on his head caused by Taut hitting him with an umbrella, and
Taut had a scrape on her lip and a sore arm from Cagle hitting
her with her purse. Both were booked on domestic assault
