Accident at Indiana's Horseshoe Casino
Several
Horseshoe Casino construction workers fell into Lake Michigan on
Tuesday, after a walkway collapsed. According to the latest
reports coming out of Indiana, a dozen construction workers fell
into the lake, after a walkway bridge gave up. Two of the
workers had t be rushed to the hospital, although their
condition remains unknown at this time. Hammond Police Chief
Brian Miller said the collapse about 8 a.m. Tuesday involved a
bridge at the casino, where a new gambling boat has been under
construction. The Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana, closed
its doors yesterday in preparation for the upcoming grand
opening of the new $485 million casino boat.
