David Beckham to play for AC Milan on short loan

The LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham and seven-times European champions AC Milan are close to sealing a deal which will see the 33-year-old joining the Rossoneri for a few months, according to the latest reports. The initial agreement between AC Milan and Los Angeles Galaxy was for Beckham to only train at the Italian club's sporting facilities for a short time, but the latest reports coming from Italian and US press indicate that a short-term loan is in the works. "Will Beckham come? I would think so; and he will be at Milan for some months before returning home. But he has definitely chosen Milan," Milan’s vice president, Adriano Galliani, was quoted earlier today. The reports claim that David Beckham will join AC Milan on a short-term loan beginning this January. Online sportsbooks are scrambling to post odds on the future of the British midfielder, the latest odds will be published by online betting websites such as BodogLife and Bookmaker.
