NHL Odds: Detroit Red Wings vs. Anaheim Ducks

Tonight the Anaheim Ducks will welcome the Detroit Red Wings in what is one of the most anticipated NHL games and we will look at the latest odds and betting props on the hockey match-up.  The Anaheim Ducks (5-5-0) will come out on the ice after four straight wins looking for the fifth and the Stanley Cup champion Detroit Red Wings (7-1-1) are yet to lose a game on the road, making this NHL game a nightmare for the odds makers.

To get the best odds on the NHL game we visited the online sportsbook Bookmaker, where not surprisingly the odds are very tight on both NHL teams. At Bookmaker the Detroit Red Wings are a small favorite, listed with odds -120 to win the game tonight, while the Anaheim Ducks are currently paying on EVEN odds with the bookie. Not much is expected as far as the score, the total on the Red Wings - Ducks game is posted at 5.5 points, with Under being the favorite choice of the bettors, paying now at -135. Looking at the betting trends on the two NHL teams, Detroit has won 5 of the last 5 games and the total has gone OVER in 5 of the Red Wings last 5 games. Meanwhile Anaheim is 5-1 straight up in its last 6 games, but 2-5 SU in its last 7 games at home, although the total has gone OVER in 4 of Anaheim's last 5 games when playing at home against Detroit.

The Detroit Red Wings vs. Anaheim Ducks game will start tonight at 10:00pm EST from Honda Center. Check with your local TV provider for availability.
