Cleveland Browns
vs. Buffalo Bills: Point spread and odds
NFL Week 11 will close with the Monday night football game
Cleveland Browns vs. Buffalo Bills and here we will check the
latest betting odds and point spread on the matchup tonight. The
Cleveland Browns (3-6) may have lost all hopes for AFC North top
placement, but the Buffalo Bills (5-4) are in even tougher spot
- leading the AFC East and then losing the last three games,
dropping down to third in the division, giving way to the reborn
Dolphins, who are 4 for 4 in a month. Granted the Bills started
the season on a happy note, Buffalo lost against each of its AFC
East contenders and from here on they need a victory in every
game, until the meet the Dolphins again in December.
And the odds makers are confident this
Monday that the Bills will see little resistance from the
Browns, judging from the latest betting numbers. At the online
sportsbook
Bookmaker the Buffalo Bills are
the favorite, listed with odds to win the Monday night football
game of -240, while the Cleveland Browns will assume their usual
season position of underdog, sitting on long odds +200 for a
victory. The Cleveland Browns vs. Buffalo Bills point spread
is currently at -5.5 points chalk the Bills with the total
expected by the odds makers at
Bookmaker at 41 points. Keep in
mind that Cleveland is 7-3 against the spread in its last 10
games on the road, while Buffalo is 1-4 against the spread in
its last 5 games. Also noticeable is the fact that the total has
gone UNDER in 6 of Cleveland's last 7 games on the road and OVER
in 6 of Buffalo's last 8 games at home.
We are at the part of the football
season when injuries are becoming the norm - at the Bills
defensive end Aaron Schobel is out for Week 11 football, while
wide receiver Josh Reed is doubtful for joining the team
tonight. Another wide receiver, James Hardy, remains
questionable, along with tight end Robert Royal and safety Donte
Whitner. At Cleveland running back Lawrence Vickers is doubtful
for tonight, while tight ends Darnell Dinkins and Steve Heiden,
along with defensive tackle Shaun Rogers and defensive end Corey
Williams, were listed as questionable for the Browns vs. Bills
game.
