The Super Bowl 43 point spread opened at -6.5 points chalk the Steelers, then due to heavier Pittsburgh betting action moved to -7 points, but now the latest Super Bowl point spread is back at -6.5 points chalk the Pittsburgh Steelers with the total expected unmoved at 46.5 points. Keep in mind that Pittsburgh is 7-1 against the spread in its last 8 games and Arizona is 4-1 against the spread in its last 5 games.

 As far as injuries are concerned in the two NFL teams before the Super Bowl 43, not much to be reported. At Pittsburgh wide receiver Hines Ward did a full Thursday practice, recovered from knee injury, the only injury reported by the Steelers. Meanwhile at Arizona running back J.J. Arrington, nursing a knee injury as well, had a limited Thursday practice, along with defensive ends Travis LaBoy and Antonio Smith. These are the only pre Super Bowl 43 injuries reported by the Steelers and Cardinals so far.
