NFL: Indianapolis
Colts crush New Orleans Saints 41:10
At the first football game
this season, the Indianapolis Colts ran over the New Orleans
Saints, final score 41 to 10.
The
Indianapolis Colts left no chance to the New Orleans Saints
tonight during the first NFL game this season. Entering the
locker rooms at half time score 10:10, the Colts came out
stronger than ever to intimidate the Saints with a great offense
and even better defense.
The trio Peyton Manning - Reggie Wayne -
Joseph Addai proved unstoppable tonight. Manning threw for three
touchdowns, Wayne did two of them and Addai ran for 118 yards on
23 carries. The Colts defense was so good - Saints quarterback
Drew Brees looked like he threw more passes in the hands of the
Colts than his own teammates, and Reggie Bush was rarely seen
after the half time. Overall, the Saints looked bad on both
sides of the ball all night and the final score perfectly
reflects the game.
The final score 10:41 fell UNDER the
posted point spread of 53 by
Bookmaker. The odds on the
Colts to beat the Saints were -240.
