Hills make Martin Jol 7/2 second favorite to succeed Allardyce, and also offer 8/1 Chris Coleman; 9/1 Mark Hughes; 9/1 Nigel Pearson; 12/1 Gerrard Houllier; 14/1 Guus Hiddink; Glenn Hoddle; 16/1 Jose Mourinho; 20/1 Steve McClaren.

 Meanwhile another British online bookmaker Bet 365 has tied the odds on the next England manager. Jose Mourinho and Fabio Capello now share the leading odds of 9/4. Martin O'Neill comes third to be offered the England gig with odds 8/1, followed by Jurgen Klinsmann and Felipe Scolari with odds 16/1. The odds on Alan Shearer to become the next England manager are 20/1.
