Young Jeezy arrested in Atlanta on DIU, speeding

While Lil Wayne is celebrating his CD sales, another rapper, Young Jeezy, was arrested in Atlanta and charged with seven offences. Young Jeezy (real name Jay Jenkins) was stopped yesterday by the Atlanta police on I-85, after noticing there were no license plates on his Corvette. Young Jeezy was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while under the influence, speeding, as well as other charges. The rapper was charged with speeding, driving with no proof of insurance or license plate, having an open container, reckless driving and driving impaired by alcohol or drugs. He was released on $4,100 bail and is due in court on July 17th.
