Falcons veteran safety Lawyer Milloy has been arrested and
charged with DUI and speeding Monday morning, according to the
latest reports. Milloy, 34, was booked at the Gwinnett County
jail around 4:30 am and charged with driving under the influence
and speeding. No further details were released by the Atlanta
police, however, media reports that the Falcons safety was
released a few hours later, after posting bond.
Lawyer Milloy has been on the Atlanta
Falcons active roster for the last 3 years out of his 13 NFL

after the 08-09 season. Atlanta Falcons head coach Michael Smith
will address the situation this afternoon, although Milloy's
time on this field is unlikely to be cut, according to
observers. The Falcons, meanwhile, were listed as the favorite
