Milloy, 34, was booked at the Gwinnett County jail around 4:30 am and charged with driving under the influence and speeding. Lawyer Milloy has been on the Atlanta Falcons active roster for the last 3 years out of his 13 NFL seasons on a $1.7 million/year contract, which is set to expire after the 08-09 season.
